Zac's Bio
Zac grew up in the multicultural environment of Honolulu, Hawaii. There he gained a passion for music and a love for Jesus and His worldwide church. In the tenth grade, he sensed a call from God to pursue a vocation in Christian ministry. Around this same time, he picked up the guitar and began helping lead worship at his school and church. Zac pursued a degree in vocal music at the conservatory at Biola University in Los Angeles, where he developed a love for classical music and the church’s historic hymnody. He married his wife, Abby, just before his final year of college, and they moved to Colorado to study at Denver Seminary.
Throughout college and seminary he led worship and pursued internships in a wide variety of churches across denominational lines. He is Minister of Worship & Liturgy at Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church in Denver, overseeing their traditional and modern worship services held each Sunday morning. With Abby (check out her blog), he’s raising three little boys and a girl—Joel, Jesse, Brody, and Bronwyn. Zac is an ordained minister in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
